PRIVATE TRAINING

Private Coaching is a great way to work on your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to develop a plan that identifies your strengths and/or shortcomings in your skills, which in turn will allow you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Private coaching is ideal for people who are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health concerns, or who prefer the additional one-on-one time with a coach.

MOBILITY CLASSES

We offer mobility classes several times a week. These classes are designed to help our members in improving their mobility and flexibility. These classes assist our members with the movements and set-up during a WOD/lifts and have the additional benefit of helping with overall body maintenance.

CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids is designed to bolster children’s neurological, muscular, and cognitive development through engaging exercises and fitness fun. We believe it is important to help children understand what fitness means and to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness.
